The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was right on the beach, with stunning views of the sea and mountains. We loved being able to wake up to the sound of the waves and take a refreshing swim in the morning. the hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The noise due to ongoing renovations. It would have been nice to have been informed about this before our arrival, as it did impact our ability to relax and rest properly.

The accomodation had good beds, lots of hot water & airconditioning. The staff in reception were very nice people. I feel sorry for them.
We had half board option - the food was terrible - there are no sunbeds / sun loungers by the pool, only 40yr old wooden deck chairs - the pool had constant extremely loud club music 9 to 5pm - the 'private' beach 10 min walk away was a joke @ €12 per day for 40yr old wooden creaky sun loungers - obligatory 'club card' €5per day, yet €12ph to use tennis court+€10 racket hire! No tea/coffee facility in room, to use hob €35 to turn on gas + €5 per day extra cleaning fee!!

The house was amazing, really cosy place
We went in July and it was full of families with children. If you are young, don´t choose Giardini Naxos in July, apparently is much better in August. If you don´t rent a car is really difficult to move between places by bus.

We spent Easter at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised. the location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. the views of the sea and mountains were breathtaking, and the hotel's garden was full of colourful flowers and trees. the pool area was spacious with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone. We enjoyed the entertainment provided by the hotel's staff, including live music and shows.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation. they were clean and comfortable.

Nice view from the balcony apartment and breakfast was good.
1. The receptionist and the gentelman at parking area not helpful at all. The parking was full on arrival. 2. The maid was still cleaning at 6pm on check-in. Bathrooms dirty. 3. Had to pay €45.00 for the kitchette stove to make a cup of tea. 4. Long walk from reception to apartment. Paid club card of €5.00 a person a day for children's activities when we were a party of 4 adults.

The swimming pool was nice but there was a lack of deck chairs provided.
We booked an accommodation consisting of a 2-bedroom apartment. There was only 1 bedroom. Although booked for 3 people, towels were only provided for 2 people. All-in-all the Holiday Club Naxos was unsatisfactory and I would not recommend it to others.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a sandy beach promenade, offering easy access to plenty of restaurants and shops. Guests can enjoy a peaceful walk to the end part of the promenade, where they can relax on the beach. the hotel is situated in an area called Recanti, which provides a charming and picturesque setting for a vacation.
The food options in the nearby restaurants seem to be limited to mostly pasta and pizza, which can become repetitive for long, term stays.

Location was great
The room was dirty, smelly and in bad need of freshening up. Our room was a ten minute walk to reception with the kitchen presses falling of the hinges. I booked for four nights but checked out after one and moved to a hotel close by. I've stayed in nicer caravans and would not recommend this to anyone. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Be warned!

a large green area, a large two-story room, which is good for families. excellent location: the sea in two minutes, restaurants and entertainment are also nearby.
old old and dusty furniture and bathroom, poor breakfast, held at the youth sports championships, forced to buy a club card, but get in the pool or the playground is not possible, because all the young people busy from morning to evening.
